How It Works
The team with the most money raised wins a Shrine of Saint Philomena Founder's Certificate with 4 masses said for their soul in perpetuity!
The team that raises the most money by the end of the event will be declared the winner! Web donations, new pledge carrds, cash, checks, and auction items will all be counted toward the total. Each team will have their own donation page and will be able to track their progress in real time and can be shared with friends and family anywhere in the world to add to their support.
Ways to Raise Money
PERFORMANCE
There will be 3 rounds of performances by each team. The performance is not just singing but performing; dancing, acting, singing, playing instruments, stage props and costumes, etc...
AUCTION
There will be an auction for each team. The winning bid will be added to the total amount reflected on the team's raised total. The auction will be for a special gift that will be revealed at the event.
MARKET STATION
There will be Beverages, Snacks and Desert stations. Each station will be assigned to a team. They are responsible for managing, selling and promoting items at the market station. All money raised will be added at the end of event for the grand total of the team.
